Wiretap Labs Content & Event Submission Policy

By submitting content or event details to Wiretap Labs (“Company”), the submitter (“Contributor” or “Organizer”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Authority & Permissions

The submitter certifies that they have the legal authority to submit the content or event on behalf of their organization or client. If submitting on behalf of a third party, including as a PR or agency representative, the submitter further certifies that they have obtained all necessary approvals and that their client has agreed to these terms.

2. Ownership & Licensing

The submitter grants Wiretap Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to publish, distribute, modify, and create derivative works from the submitted content or event details in any format, media, or platform. This includes, but is not limited to, publication on Decision Insights, SDxCentral, and third-party publications, syndication partners, or other verified entities in Wiretap Labs’ distribution network. The submitter also grants Wiretap Labs the right to utilize the content for Artificial Intelligence (AI) training, analysis, enhancement, and related purposes.

3. Syndication & Modification

Submitted content or event details may be published as-is or modified by Wiretap Labs at its sole discretion. Some submissions may be edited, summarized, or enhanced before publication, while others may be republished or redistributed without modification.

4. Event Submissions

For event submissions, the submitter grants Wiretap Labs the right to:

• Publish event details, descriptions, and promotional materials on Wiretap Labs’ platforms and its distribution network.

• Use logos, images, and descriptions provided for event promotion.

• Modify or summarize event listings for clarity, formatting, and consistency.

The submitter acknowledges that Wiretap Labs is not responsible for updating event details after publication. If an event is canceled or changed, the submitter must provide an update, but Wiretap Labs makes no guarantees regarding modifications after initial publication.

5. Originality & Compliance

The submitter represents and warrants that the submitted content or event materials are original and do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. If third-party materials (e.g., logos, sponsor images, videos) are included, the submitter affirms that they have the necessary licenses or permissions.

6. Editing, Publication & Removal

Wiretap Labs retains sole discretion to edit, modify, summarize, or enhance submissions prior to publication. Submission does not guarantee publication, and Wiretap Labs may reject or remove submissions for editorial, legal, or business reasons at any time.

7. Takedown Policy

Once published, submitted content or event details shall not be removed at the request of the submitter. However, Wiretap Labs may remove content if required by applicable laws, regulatory authorities, or verified legal claims.Wiretap Labs is not responsible for takedown requests related to third-party publications that have syndicated the content.

8. Indemnification

The submitter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Wiretap Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, and distribution partners harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from the publication, syndication, distribution, or use of the submitted content or event materials.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By submitting content or event details, the submitter acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms.
